Dolphin ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile community platform built exclusively for Chadwick International School. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile photo provided through your Google account (@chadwickschool.org).
• User-Generated Content: Listings, posts, messages, photos, and comments you create within the app.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens for delivering notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide access to the app.
• Display your listings, posts, and messages to other community members.
• Send push notifications for messages, queue updates, and relevant activity.
• Improve the app experience and fix bugs.

4. AI-Powered Features

Dolphin uses Google Gemini AI to analyze photos you upload in the Market and Lost & Found sections. This analysis is used solely to generate helpful titles, descriptions, and tags for your listings. Your photos are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI service beyond the immediate request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only visible to other authenticated members of the Chadwick International community within the app. We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: For authentication, database, storage, and push notifications.
• Google Gemini AI: For AI-powered image analysis features.

6. Data Security

Access to Dolphin is restricted to verified @chadwickschool.org Google accounts only. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your own posts and listings at any time. To request full account deletion, please contact us at the email below.

8. Children's Privacy

Dolphin is designed for use by students (ages 13+) and faculty/staff of Chadwick International School. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
