🐬 Delete Your CI Dolphin Account

CI Dolphin — Chadwick International School community app, developed by Chadwick International (Songdo Technology)

This page explains how to delete your CI Dolphin account and all associated data. Account deletion is available to every user, free of charge, and takes effect immediately.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (recommended)

Open the CI Dolphin app and sign in.
Go to the My tab (bottom right).
Open Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm by tapping Delete My Account.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from your school Google account (@chadwickschool.org) so we can verify your identity:

Subject: "CI Dolphin Account Deletion Request"

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account and profile (name, email, profile photo)
Your posts, comments, and likes in the Lounge
Your Market listings and photos
Your Lost & Found reports
Your Local Guide recommendations
Your direct messages and chat rooms
Your push notification tokens and notification history

What data is kept

No personal data is retained after account deletion. There is no additional retention period — deletion is immediate. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that do not identify you may be retained for app improvement.
